Wire frames in multiple configurations

In Portland with Cho and the boisterous bunch. It is very nice here. The morning after I arrived, it started snowing, prompting cancellations of all out-of-home obligations, so we all got to hole up here and lounge by the fire, which has been terrific (I've also had several very lengthy naps). What a relief to be in cold weather again after so long. We played some wii, took some funny pictures in iphoto, and have read numerous books together. The best book so far has probably been Eric Carle's The Grouchy Ladybug. The family is reading one of The Boxcar Children mysteries together, which is a pretty funny text to revisit. Bursting with hokey phrases, there are also several improbable turns in the narrative. A woman and her son move up to a uranium mine to bake pies for all of the miners, for example, which seems like sort of a sketchy arrangement. School was canceled today, and word just got out that it's canceled for tomorrow, so we'll have another lovely snow day hanging out around the house.
